				<description>&lt;p&gt;if you think your company/team/whateverthefuckyoudo is failing because you are not working hard enough to burn yourself instead of caring about a good wlb, this is for you.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;have you ever think, maybe, maaaybe, your upper leadership has no idea about what they are doing?&#xA;&lt;br&gt; &amp;hellip;or that politician running that inefficient public service.&#xA;&lt;br&gt; &amp;hellip;or that person you idolise they has a vast amount of wealth because they were either born into it, or exploited their way into having more.&#xA;&lt;br&gt; &amp;hellip;or maybe its not you trashing the planet by not doing enough for your environment; i&amp;rsquo;m not saying you shouldn&amp;rsquo;t care about your environment, but if you feel bad about not doing enough, you should think more on what/who makes you think that.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
